Hi, I'm Amy—a member of the BACP and founder of Tribe Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am a Berkshire-based integrative counsellor dedicated to supporting both children and adults through flexible, person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. I support a broad range of presenting issues and create a safe space tailored to each individual’s needs.
Whether you are navigating the complexities of neurodivergence or seeking support for neurotypical challenges, I provide a compassionate space where healing, connection, and processing come first. My approach is deeply personal; I integrate evidence-based practices with my own lived experience and a profound love of nature to foster lasting well-being.
